What are the opening dates of Camping Le Fief?
The campsite opens April 15 until September 25.
The rest of the year, only the offices (telephone reception) remain open.

What are the reception opening hours in season?
In season (July and August) the reception is open
– From 8.30 a.m. to 1 p.m. and from 5 p.m. to 8 p.m.

Is it possible to arrive after reception has closed?
You can arrive after reception has closed.
All you have to do is call us before your arrival so that we can explain the procedure to you.
If necessary, call 02.51.58.63.77 or 06.60.51.99.61, someone present on the site will answer you.

What are the closing times of the gate that allows access to the campsite?
The Le Fief campsite gate is open from 8:15 a.m. to 11 p.m. Outside these hours you can leave your vehicle in the free parking lot of the campsite.
The circulation of motor vehicles is limited to 10km/h and is prohibited in the campsite between 11 p.m. and 8:15 a.m.
For the Pool:
What are the opening hours of the swimming pool?
The aquatic area opens from 11 a.m. to 7 p.m.
Are swim shorts allowed in the pool?
Swimming shorts are prohibited.
How many kilometers are you from the city center?
The campsite is located 2.5 km from the center of Saint Jean de Monts?

Is there a deposit required for rentals?
A deposit of 150 € will be requested on the day of your arrival, as a guarantee of the return of the accommodation in good condition and in a perfectly clean state.

Should we bring our own linens?
Sheets are not provided in our rentals. Do not forget them.
​
Are baby kits available for hire?
You can rent a baby kit (baby bed + high chair) €4.00 per night or €20 per week.
If you don't need the full kit, cots and high chairs are also available separately (€2.00 per night and €10 per week)

Should an adapter be provided for the electrical connections of the pitches?
All our pitches are equipped with French sockets. Remember to bring your European adapter if needed.

Which barbecues can be used on the campsite?
Only gas barbecues are authorized on the campsite. Other types of barbecues are strictly prohibited on the plots.
Collective charcoal barbecues are available on the campsite.

Is there a playground on the campsite, is there a closing time?
The campsite has a playground : inflatable structure, trampoline, swings, slide, volleyball court, petanque court.
The closing time of the playground is 10:30 p.m.

What are the children's entertainment hours?
Children's entertainment starts at 10:00 a.m. and ends between 11:00 a.m. and 11:30 a.m.

Are there cycle paths near the campsite?
A cycle path is located 200m from our campsite.
This allows you to go to the beach, to the city center of Saint Jean de Monts in less than 15 minutes, without taking the road (for maximum safety).

Do you have internet access?
Free wifi access is available at the reception, in the games room, on the terrace of La Paillote, while waiting for the fibre….

What are the means of payment for the reservation?
We accept bank checks, postal money orders, transfers, ANCV holiday checks (in full with top stub).
